Livestrong

ReproTech and many of our clinic partners participate in Livestrong’s Fertility Discount Program. Thanks to Livestrong, we are able to provide financial assistance to cancer patients seeking fertility preservation services. Correctly completed applications for assistance are generally processed rapidly by Livestrong and confirmation of acceptance is immediately sent by fax and/or e-mail to the applicant, the freezing center, ReproTech, as well as the oncologist. When viewing Search Results by tissue type, participating clinics will display Livestrong below the clinic contact information.

Please note that cryopreservation fees vary by center, even when participating in Livestrong’s Fertility Discount Programs. Also, many members of our Fertility Preservation Network discount cryopreservation fees for all cancer patients and therefore may not participate in Livestrong Fertility Discount Programs, however, their fees may still be below those clinics which do participate. ReproTech’s financial assistance for storage fees through Verna’s Purse, when combined with a freezing center’s standard discounted fees for cancer patients make fertility preservation more affordable.

We urge everyone to contact the clinics in their area to find the most convenient and affordable services available. Please click here to find a freezing center that participates in the Livestrong Fertility Discount Program.

Verna’s Purse – Financial Assistance for Cancer Patients and Survivors

verna's purse

We believe in making fertility preservation services available to all individuals. That is especially true for the many people facing fertility-threatening cancer treatments. The physical and emotional toll of battling cancer can be exhausting, and the financial cost of cancer treatments is significant. In light of this, cancer survivors are often the most in need of financial assistance for fertility preservation.

We are proud to offer financial assistance for cancer survivors with ReproTech’s own charitable foundation: Verna’s Purse. If you are questioning whether you can afford to preserve your fertility or maintain the storage of your specimens, please view our program applications and eligibility criteria.
