Joy A. Zardecki, BS
Senior Vice President of Business Development and Administration
Joy serves as ReproTech’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and Administration. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania. After teaching for a few years, Joy pursued a business path that led to customer service management in the telecom and cryobanking industries.
Joy came to ReproTech in 2009 with more than six years of experience in the cryobank and fertility service industry, including senior management positions in sperm banking, donor sperm, and donor egg programs. She is currently responsible for business development, marketing, and administration. In her spare time, Joy enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
