The Area Sales Director role combines sales leadership, business strategy, financial planning, and operational execution. Role Summary:

The Administrative Specialist plays an important role in supporting Reprotech’s day-to-day operations, serving as a primary point of contact for customers, clinics, and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and account-related activities, including inbound communications, account setup, scheduling, documentation processing, billing support, and coordination of specimen shipments. The Administrative Specialist develops a strong working knowledge of Reprotech’s systems and procedures to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across all interactions.

Working both independently and as part of a collaborative office team, this role helps to maintain seamless operational flow across customer service, billing, and logistics. The Administrative Specialist supports account lifecycle management—from intake through invoicing and ongoing maintenance—while contributing to process consistency and customer satisfaction. Success in this role is defined by attention to detail, effective communication, timely follow-through, and the ability to support Reprotech’s mission of providing secure, long-term reproductive tissue storage.

Role Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Analyst role is essential in supporting the financial operations of a growing multi-site cryostorage company, with direct responsibility for billing execution, collections follow-up, and patient account reconciliation for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of billing practices, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness while exemplifying the highest standards of customer service. This role requires flexibility and the ability to support additional AR and cross-functional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the Reprotech portfolio, including Reprotech Cryostorage, Cryologix, Matcher and TMRW.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing leadership role combining strategic planning and execution across product marketing, demand generation, content and international events. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of Reprotech's products, services, customers and the wider fertility market, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, product adoption and business growth.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities across the Reprotech portfolio, including Reprotech Cryostorage, Cryologix, Matcher, and TMRW.

This hands-on role will focus primarily on event and conference support for our US and Worldwide conferences, while also assisting with marketing campaigns, content and collateral, internal communications, digital channels, and day-to-day marketing needs. The successful candidate will help keep projects organized, communications clear, and marketing activities moving forward. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider international marketing team, the role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing skills while contributing to the growth of a global healthcare technology business.
